CSK c-src tyrosine kinase
Tyrosine kinase CSK mouse embryonic development is essential. The CSK gene knock the dead mice in the early stages of embryonic development embryonic day 10 (approximately). The molecular mechanism of this defect is not completely understood. Here, we report that, CSK lack of lysophosphatidic acid prevents cells from mouse embryonic fibroblast migration caused by G protein-coupled receptors, platelet-derived growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase and serum . CSK CSK defective cells, re-expression rescued migratory. Furthermore deleted CSK does not interfere with the RAC activation and lamellipodia formation, but the damage to the focal adhesions. Our data show that plays an important role in the CSK cell migration.
